Details and deliverables are agreed upon per project.

2. Payments & Billing

All services require full payment up front, or an approved payment plan

Payments are processed securely via Stripe

Pricing varies based on scope of work and timeline

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our creative and digital services, no refunds are offered once services have been initiated or assets have been created.

Please review all project terms before confirming.

4. Turnaround Times

Delivery timelines vary based on project scope. We aim to deliver as soon as humanly possible, and we communicate status updates regularly.

5. Delivery Format

Most services are delivered digitally (e.g., WAV, MP3, stems). In-person studio sessions may occur when applicable and agreed upon in advance.

6. Intellectual Property & Rights

All ownership terms are discussed before any work begins. In some cases, Antony Potenza Productions may retain co-writing, production, or royalty rights as agreed with the artist.

If no prior agreement is made, all rights remain with the client upon final delivery.
